Telehealth is a term to describe a virtual video visit (e.g., Facetime). It is a medical encounter that allows a health care provider to evaluate, diagnose and treat a patient without the need for an in-patient visit. With the improvement of technology, Telehealth is a viable option for limited acute and chronic medical conditions.
Our electronic medical record has a HIPPA embedded video virtual platform to provide the utmost confidentiality during the encounter. Once making a reservation, you will be text a confirmation. A follow-up phone will be made before the time to provide instructions on accessing the secure video chat screen. Upon your reservation time, you will receive a secured message to connect to the video chat. A health care professional will contact you, and your encounter would be similar to an in-patient visit only without the physical exam. If required, prescriptions are sent to your appropriate pharmacy. To book a telemedicine reservation, click here

At times during the Telehealth evaluation, the health care provider may determine that you require an in-patient exam at our clinic. Fortunately, we will convert your telehealth visit to a clinic visit so that you are only charged once for the same issue. Our staff will help you make an in-patient reservation that day for an in-depth consultation.
Our office hours for telemedicine are Monday through Friday 10:00 AM to 6:00 pm and Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Now while many can book through a telemedicine reservation, some reservations have to be done in office through our clinic located at 3413 W. As well, if we need a more in-depth consultation in our office, you may have to make another reservation for an in-office visit. Our office hours for telemedicine are Monday through Friday 10:00 AM to 6:00 pm and Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
