What category of reservation description do I choose to come in for Antibody Testing?
If you are coming in person to the Urgent Care, please select Antibody Test- In House.
Does my insurance cover the Antibody Test?
Before making a reservation, we recommend the following steps:
- Please check directly with our insurance company for any coverage questions. Although most insurance companies have been covering antibody testing, the situation is fluid.
- Please refer to our complete list of contracted insurances under our Insurance Tab to ensure that we are part of our insurance network.
Will my insurance cover for testing?
Please check with your insurance for all coverage questions.
What is my cost for the urgent care visit?
You will incur an office visit charge, which is dependent on your personal insurance coverage. Please ask your insurance carrier to determine what may be your financial responsibility for your visit.
Is there a cash option for the blood test?
Yes, the cash option for the lab test is $100.00 in addition to the office visit fee.
