In an effort to keep you up-to-date about the COVID-19 Pandemic, Burbank Urgent Care is compiling a list of frequently asked questions (FAQ) regarding testing, insurance coverage, safety precautions, and other medical updates. We hope this will help you stay informed with timely information – to help answer your questions.
If you are coming in person to the Urgent Care, please select Antibody Test- In House.
Before making a reservation, we recommend the following steps:
• Please check directly with our insurance company for any coverage questions. Although most insurance companies have been covering antibody testing, the situation is fluid.
• Please refer to our complete list of contracted insurances under our Insurance Tab to ensure that we are part of our insurance network.
Please check with your insurance for all coverage questions.
You will incur an office visit charge, which is dependent on your personal insurance coverage. Please ask your insurance carrier to determine what may be your financial responsibility for your visit.
Yes, the cash option for the lab test is $100.00 in addition to the office visit fee.
