Dr. Jason Toth, MD, MS
“Dr. Jason Toth completed his residency training in Emergency Medicine at Los County MLK hospital after completing his graduate degree in environmental health and medical school at George Washington University. Prior to attending medical school Dr. Toth was employed with the Environmental Protection Agency and Washington Occupational Health Associates, Inc. as an environmental scientist. Dr. Toth has served as Medical Director of Burbank Urgent Care (formerly known as Providence Occupational Health Center) since 1995 and he previously held similar positions as Medical Director at hospital affiliated urgent care clinics in Beverly Hills, Valley Presbyterian and Little Company of Mary hospitals.”
“He has extensive medical consulting service in the reality television (Fear Factor, Wipe Out, Dog Eat Dog) and entertainment media industry and he has provided on-screen medical consultation and interviews for the news media. Dr. Toth personally enjoys hiking, eco-travel wildlife photography, bicycling and tennis. He has been providing pre and post travel medicine consultations to globe trotters, trekkers and outdoor recreational enthusiasts for more than 20 years and he has participated in tropical medicine training experiences in the Amazon and East Africa in addition to serving as a volunteer physician with the Flying Samaritans serving rural residents of Baja California. Dr. Toth has served as medical officer on nature expeditions to Antarctica, the Artic Svalbard Archipelago as well as the Sea of Cortez, Mexico. He currently divides his clinical practice between urgent care and preventative medicine.”
Dr. Stanford C. Lee, MD, MSPH, FACEP
Dr. Stanford Lee attended undergraduate school at University of California, Los Angeles, and completed his medical school training at the University of California, Irvine. He graduated with honors and was recognized with the Lange Award for Clinical Excellence. He completed his residency training in Emergency Medicine at the University of Arizona. He is a Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians; this prestigious designation is given for demonstrating the highest medical standards as well as having significant contribution to the field of Emergency Medicine.
He also completed graduate training with a Master’s Degree in Public Health Administration at University of California, Los Angeles.
Dr. Lee began his career as a Clinical Professor at University of California, Irvine, before moving to Burbank, California. He served as a partner and CFO of a large emergency medical group until he founded BOHC with colleague, Dr. Toth. In his previous position, he was instrumental in implementing patient care improvement and worked meticulously to develop policies in pre-hospital and disaster care for the surrounding community.
Dr. Lee is interested in International medicine. He has traveled extensively throughout Europe and Asia and has additional training in travel medicine from the American College of Emergency Physicians.
Dr. Lee continues to divide his time between Urgent Care and Emergency Medicine. He has been recognized as a Top Doctor by Consumer Council of America and is well-respected among his peers. He currently is Board Certified in Emergency Medicine and on the active staff of Providence St Joseph Hospital. He continues to be a premier provider of health care in the Burbank community.
Dr. Bikash Devaraj
Dr. Bikash Devaraj received his Bachelor’s Degree with honors from UC San Diego where he was also elected to the Phi Beta Kappa Honor society. He then graduated from the UC San Diego Medical School in the top tier of his class and distinguished himself by receiving the “Foundation Award in Surgery”. He stayed on at UC San Diego to complete his general surgery residency and then completed surgical sub-specialty training in colorectal surgery at the University of Southern California staying on as a junior attending upon completion of his fellowship training. Dr. Devaraj is certified in general surgery and trans anal minimally invasive surgery.
Dr. Devaraj has authored numerous peer-reviewed articles and also presented his work at national meetings – the latest of which being an extensive review of patients with complicated diverticulitis at the 2015 meeting of the American Society of Colorectal Surgeons.
Having extensive training in Critical Care Medicine and surgery, Dr. Devaraj is extremely comfortable in taking care of acutely ill patients. He joined Burbank Urgent Care in 2015. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Josephine, traveling and sampling the various cuisines from around the globe.
Katherine Chin received her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies at Touro University of Nevada, and has been practicing for four years. Her initial interest in the medical field was inspired when she suffered a Maisonneuve fracture without any health insurance. She was working part-time as a Pharmacy Clerk at Save-On, and while attending UC Riverside as an undergraduate, she had her surgery at LAC-USC. While there, she learned about the PA Helper Program and decided to pursue her career as a PA. Katherine wanted to give back to the community and has volunteered at many stand-downs, helping the homeless and underserved, as well as working in clinics that serve low income patients. During this time, she learned conversational Spanish, an addition to her understandings of Portuguese and Chinese (Cantonese). In her spare time she loves to travel, play the piano, and enjoy basketball.
Vivienne Le received her Bachelor’s Degree with Summa Cum Laude from Northeastern Illinois University. She then received her Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies with Cum Laude from New York Institute of Technology. While in New York, she trained at multiple hospitals in a variety of medical settings including surgery, emergency medicine, and dermatology. She then moved to sunny California and worked in urgent care with a focus on occupational health and dermatology. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, traveling, cooking, and cuddling with her two cats. She is fluent in English and Vietnamese.
Adam Elevario received his Bachelor’s Degree from Cal State University Fullerton. He received his Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Duke University in 2016, and and has been a practicing physician assistant ever since, gaining experience in urgent care, family practice, and internal medicine. His training included rotations in internal medicine, pediatric cardiology, psychiatry, pediatrics, general surgery, and emergency medicine. Prior to working as a PA, he worked as an Emergency Medical Technician. In his spare time, he enjoys jiu jitsu and playing music
